I'm not sure the value of having Kodi as a sender considering how easy it is to run Kodi on a RPi or Android TV, Xbox etc. Kodi does not support Chromecast by default as there is no official version of Kodi is available for Chromecast and hence you have to download Kodi and Configure Kodi using different ways so that you can stream Kodi on Android phone or tablet to the chromecast. So you will need to download and configure Kodi to stream to the Chromecast and Install Kodi on Chromecast.
